THE RULES

 

  • Allow your Sankalpa to make itself clear to you.  What is it that you are ready to let go of or let into your life during this time or in 2022?  Write it down and keep it OR share it in our PRIVATE MEMBERS GROUP

  

  • Practice 30 classes in 30 days

  

  • START: XXXXX – FINISH: XXXXX

  

  • Practices can include Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Inferno Hot Pilates, Pump, In-Person Classes at Rottingdean and Private 1-1 classes with Naomi at your home 

  

  • All classes must be taken with Naomi Clark Yoga & friends (in-person, live, or replay) to be counted in The Challenge

  

  • EVERY TYPE OF CLASS MUST BE HIT AT LEAST ONCE - so make sure you have tried one of each different class on the schedule to make it count

  

  • All classes must be taken with Naomi Clark Yoga & friends (in person, live, or replay) to be counted in The Challenge

  

  • Practice LIVE at least 3 times a week

  

  • TeamUp will record the classes you have actually signed into so be honest with yourself and how you're feeling. If you didn't do the replay, don't count it, remain positive - you can always rest and try again tomorrow!

  

  • You cannot do more than 2 classes in 1 day
