Fair Oak Farm has 12 acres of beautiful gardens, lawns, orchards and ponds, private court yards with sauna, seating, treatment rooms, fire pits, and barbecues.
Free range poultry, rare breed sheep and alpacas roam the grounds!
Besides the Grade II listed farmhouse (built circa 1600) our stylish boutique accommodation each has private kitchen, dining and living space - almost all with en-suite bathroom, offering privacy, space and comfort.
Our guests can choose between a range of traditional, quirky eco-lodges, cottages, cool converted barns, and grain stores with exposed timbers and flagstone flooring.
Plenty of cosy cubbies and lounges to chill in…

We have a large communal heated barn conversion for Hot Yoga, use of our brand new 16 person inflatable Hot Yoga tent, cinema barn, oak framed games barn, outdoor sauna and treatment studio - and a hot tub if we want it!

The team at We Are Sisterhood will once again be joining us offering a selection of luxurious and relaxing treatments such as nails, facials & massage in a special dedicated beauty area.
Our returning Chef Caroline Ospalla will be whipping up some magic for us in the kitchen with mostly vegan/vegetarian brunches, snacks and dinner (special dietary requirements arranged upon booking.)

Group Introduction & Intention Setting,
26/2 Original Hot Yoga 60 & 90 mins,
Posture Clinic,
Morning seated Meditation,
Yoga Nidra,
Interval HIIT training,
Country walks,
Fireside sharing,
Wine (and lots of laughter as usual!)
You may want to complete your Retreat on the Sunday night but should you wish to sneak in a little cheeky extra night of rest in the countryside (the optional forth night is included in the price) we can arrange an additional informal meal, prepared by Ospalla's for a small fee, for you to enjoy at your leisure - or feel free to bring your own!

Due to Covid restrictions, Yoga mats are not provided. Please bring your own mat and enough mat towels.
Towels and linen are provided for bedroom and bathroom.

Refund policy:
​
If you are no longer able to attend the retreat and cancel before January 20th 2022 you will receive a full refund minus deposit and admin fee. If cancelling after this date no refund will be given. If the retreat is fully booked with a waitlist, it may be possible to transfer your place. This is discussed on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure that, if relevant, you hold valid travel insurance to attend the retreat. Deposit is non refundable.
